I think everyone knew that Cisco’s fiasco with Apple over the brand name iPhone would eventually end up with lawsuit. However, what is more interesting behind this whole episode is why Apple took the risk of going ahead with using iPhone brand name when Steve Jobs and his lawyers already knew that iPhone is a trademark belonging to Cisco.
